About

I am a mom, a first-generation college graduate, Latina, and a leader in the biotechnology industry. With 14 years of experience, I provide valuable insights, guidance, and knowledge to aspiring professionals and those early in their careers.  I have worked for start-ups and some of the biggest Sponsor and CRO companies within the Biotech industry. I have also hired for and managed a variety of roles including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Project Managers (CPMs), and Regulatory Operations Specialists.

 

I believe that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves equal opportunities to succeed in the biotech field. Through the podcast, The Conscious Biotech Exec, I am creating a community focused on delivering better outcomes to physicians, physicians, and our teams developing medical products. By sharing our insights, we aim to:
