Compliance Analyst/Specialist
Pay Scale: 70k - 115k
Verifies processes performed within assigned functional area are aligned with company policies, procedures, guidance documentation and applicable regulations. This can include assisting with non-compliance investigations, CAPAs, reviewing metrics to identify gaps, leading process improvement efforts, and updating procedures and policies.
Compliance Manager
Pay Scale: 95k - 165k
Identifies and mitigates compliance related risks, leads investigations of third parties, supports audits, develops, and updates SOPs, and leads improvement efforts to increase effectiveness and efficiency for assigned functional areas.
Director of Compliance
Pay Scale: 150k - 290k
Defines compliance strategy and risk assessment processes for business unit. If role includes people management, will also hire, mentor, and manage compliance personnel to implement compliance strategy for business unit.
